Import price
The purchase price consists of the Nord Pool exchange price, plus the network service package price and the electricity purchase package price.
The network service package can consist of different tariffs (for example, day price and night price) and additional fees (for example, renewable energy fee and excise duty). All items include VAT.
The electricity purchase package includes the energy service provider's margin, including VAT. The purchase price includes VAT.
Export price
The sales price consists of the Nord Pool exchange price, minus the energy service provider's margin. The sales price does not include VAT.
Purchase and sales prices do not include monthly fees for network service (for example, Elektrilevi) or energy service provider (for example, Enefit) packages.

Purchase price:
- Exchange price on 12.01.26 at 12:00 is 38.29 cents/kWh. Including VAT.
- Electricity purchase package: 0 cents/kWh. Including VAT.
- Network package: 4.57 cents/kWh + 1.3 cents/kWh (excise duty and renewable energy fee) + 1.4 (balancing capacity cost for consumption and security of supply fee). All including VAT.
- Total 38.29 + 0 + 4.57 + 1.3 + 1.4 = 45.56 cents/kWh or 0.46 €/kWh. Including VAT.
Sales price:
- Exchange price on 12.01.26 at 12:00 is 30.88 cents/kWh. No VAT on sales.
- Electricity sales package: -1 cents/kWh - 0.37 (balancing capacity cost for production)
- Total 30.88 - 1 - 0.37 = 29.51 cents/kWh or 0.30 €/kWh
